The principal will furnish the M Hawlader Overseas with a Power of Attorney duly authorized recruit Bangladeshi Manpower, and also complete all the necessary formalities regarding passports, obtaining visa from respective embassies/High Commissions, conducting medical check-up and other related matters. The power of Attorney must be attested by the Bangladesh Embassy in the country of employment and endorsed by its Chamber of Commerce and Industry/Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The principal will issue a Letter of Authority in favor of SME, address to the consular staff of the Embassy concerned in Bangladesh intimating that the SM ENTERPRISE is appointed as their Manpower Recruiting Agent and deal with all related matters.
In most cases, these are provided free of cost or alternatively allowances payable in lieu thereof. This demand letter must be duly endorsed by the embassy of the People Republic of Bangladesh in the country of employment.
Agent fee SME does not charge any fees from employer company. However, SLA collects commission from the recruits within the permissible limits set by the Government of Bangladesh.
The visa advice, duly endorsed and attested, should reach the Embassy concerned, a photocopy of which should simultaneously reach M Hawlader Overseas for its presentation to the Embassy for doing the needful.
Professionals including doctors, engineers, architects, accountants and nurses are also employed from Bangladesh.
