Power of Attorney

The principal will furnish the M Hawlader Overseas with a Power of Attorney duly authorized recruit Bangladeshi Manpower, and also complete all the necessary formalities regarding passports, obtaining visa from respective embassies/High Commissions, conducting medical check-up and other related matters. The power of Attorney must be attested by the Bangladesh Embassy in the country of employment and endorsed by its Chamber of Commerce and Industry/Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

Consular Letter

The principal will issue a Letter of Authority in favor of SME, address to the consular staff of the Embassy concerned in Bangladesh intimating that the SM ENTERPRISE is appointed as their Manpower Recruiting Agent and deal with all related matters.





Demand Letter
    The principal will formally issue the Demand letter in favour of the M Hawlader Overseas in which following should be clearly stated:
  • Job categories
  • Number of workers required category wise
  • Monthly salaries/benefits stating the name of currency
  • Period of contracts other entitlements of the workers at site such as: food, medical treatment, air ticket and accommodation.

In most cases, these are provided free of cost or alternatively allowances payable in lieu thereof. This demand letter must be duly endorsed by the embassy of the People Republic of Bangladesh in the country of employment.



 

Terms and Conditions for placement
    Period of Contract: As per Employers requirement.
  • Working Hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
  • Salary & Allowances: As per the agreement and rules of host country.
  • Overtime (if any): As per the agreement and rules of host country.
  • Air Ticket: Return airfare to be provided by employer.
  • Accommodation: To be provided by the employer free of cost.
  • Meals: Free meals to be provided or reasonable food allowance to be paid by the employer.
  • Medical Leave: As per labour laws of host country.
  • Medical facilities: As per labour laws of host country.

Agent fee SME does not charge any fees from employer company. However, SLA collects commission from the recruits within the permissible limits set by the Government of Bangladesh.

Visa Advice
